Section 32
Delegation of Powers
: (1) The Assembly may delegate some powers to the Council as required out of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Council may delegate certain powers to the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor or Secretary as per the requirements of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(3) The Vice-Chancellor may delegate certain powers to the Vice-Chancellor or the Secretary as required out of the powers granted to him in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(4) The Vice-Chancellor may delegate some of his powers to the Secretary as per the requirements of this Act or the rules made under this Act.
